In 1996-2001, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Prevention of Azerbaijan Medical University.
In 2001-2003, he worked as a subordinator at the 3rd United City Hospital, then as a surgeon-intern.
In 2003-2004, he specialized as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Institute for the Improvement of Doctors.
Since 2004, he has been working as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the 2nd Maternity Hospital.
In 2012-2013, he completed a specialization course at the Sophie Hufland Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic in Weimar, Germany (@klinikum_weimar).
In 2021, he completed the Aesthetic Surgery Master Course in Turkey organized by ISAGSS (International Society Aesthetic Genital Surgery and Sexology).
